Airport hotel and parking packages combine overnight accommodation with secure airport parking, helping travellers save time, reduce stress and often save money. APH offers airport hotel and parking deals across major UK airports including Gatwick, Heathrow, Manchester, Birmingham, Stansted and Luton. Packages are available with both on-airport and off-airport hotels, with options for families, business travellers and early-morning departures.

One booking covers both the room for the night before you fly and the parking for your whole trip - not just for the night you stay. Packages start at £94.00 per room including one week's parking, at the Everglades Hotel with Imagine Park & Ride at Liverpool John Lennon Airport, as at 30 September 2026. Arriving at the airport the night before your flight makes sense in so many ways, especially if your flight is leaving early the next morning. An airport hotel and parking package means avoiding unexpected traffic jams on the day of your flight, or rounding up the whole family in the middle of the night.

It is worth doing if any of the following apply:


   -Your flight leaves before about 8 am, so you would otherwise be setting an alarm for the middle of the night.
   -You are more than an hour or two from the airport, where a hold-up on the road eats into your check-in window rather than your spare time.
   -You are travelling with children or in a group, and getting everyone out of the door at 2 am is the real obstacle.
   -You are leaving a car at the airport anyway; in which case the room often adds less than you would expect. At Manchester, a week in our own APH Park and Ride is £77.95, and the cheapest package - a night at the Holiday Inn Express plus the same week's parking - is £100.00. On those prices, the room adds about £22.

 

One option is to book parking arranged by the hotel, usually on the same site as the hotel. Most airport hotels with parking offer regular transfers to the terminal, or covered walkways if they are within easy walking distance. Transfer arrangements are set by the hotel rather than by us: some run a complimentary shuttle, and some charge a small fee - at the Everglades at Liverpool, for example, the terminal is a four-minute walk or a £3 shuttle ride.

 

Alternatively, we have created an exclusive range of airport hotel and parking packages that pair a hotel with the secure facilities and lower rates of an off-airport car park.

Airport hotel and parking deals

We have run our own car parks since 1980. APH Park and Ride and APH Self Park serve Gatwick and Manchester, and APH parking is also available at Birmingham. Our Gatwick and Manchester car parks are secured with perimeter fencing, CCTV, entry and exit barriers, and 24-hour staff patrols, and the transfer bus is included in the price.

Some of our best airport hotel and parking deals combine an off-airport hotel with an APH car park, which means you can avoid driving into the airport altogether. You drive to the hotel the day before your flight, then drive the short distance to the car park the following morning. Once you have parked, the shuttle takes you and your luggage to the terminal doors: from our Gatwick car parks, that is a 10 to 12 minute ride, with buses every 15 minutes, and from Manchester it is around 10 minutes.

How long is your car covered?

Your parking covers the whole of your trip, not just the night you stay. Packages include parking either for a set period - 4, 8 or 15 days - or for the exact duration of your trip, depending on the hotel. Every package on this page includes one week's parking unless it says otherwise, and the length included is shown against the package before you book. If you are away longer than the period you booked, the extra days are paid directly to the hotel or car park rather than to us, so it is worth booking the right length first time.

Where your car is kept

It depends on the package. Your car is parked either on-site at the hotel, at an off-site car park chosen by the hotel, or at an airport car park chosen by us. Which one applies is stated on the product page for each package, and it is worth checking, because it decides how you reach the terminal in the morning.

How you get to the terminal

Where a package pairs a hotel with one of our own car parks, the transfer is included in the price and run by the car park. Where the car stays at the hotel, the hotel's arrangement applies — some run a complimentary shuttle, some charge a fee, and a few are close enough to walk. Breakfast and other extras

Every package includes the room and the parking. Breakfast depends on the hotel: many include it in the room rate, and several hotels sell a breakfast-inclusive version of the same package - at Manchester, Stansted and Heathrow you will see both versions side by side so you can compare the difference. Where breakfast is not included, it can usually be bought directly from the hotel, at prices and times the hotel sets. What is included is itemised on each package before you pay.

Two things that surprise people

Your hotel and your parking are issued as two separate bookings, so you will receive two confirmation emails with two booking references. That is normal - each carries its own instructions, so take both with you.

Some of our cheapest rates work differently. Advanced Purchase rates and Mystery Hotels, where the hotel is revealed after booking, are cheaper because they cannot be amended, cancelled, or refunded. The terms are shown before you pay.

Off-Airport Hotel & Parking Package Offers

Many airports have hotels nearby, known as off-airport hotels. For anyone with a longer journey to the airport, an early departure, or young children in tow, an off-airport hotel combined with an off-airport car park is usually the best-value airport hotel and parking deal - it is the cheapest option at six of our nine package airports.

You get a leisurely overnight stay and the reassurance of waking up close to the airport, ready to check in. Published distances range from five minutes at the IBIS Styles at Gatwick and the AC by Marriott at Birmingham, to twenty minutes at the Garner Hotel at Birmingham, with most around ten to fifteen. You can usually combine the stay with off-airport parking or with on-airport parking such as Meet & Greet.

On-Airport Hotel & Parking Package Offers

Most major UK airports have hotels right next to the terminal, or nearby within the airport perimeter. These are known as on-airport hotels, and their advantage is proximity to check-in - usually a short walk, sometimes by covered walkway. The Holiday Inn at Glasgow International is 50 metres from the terminal, and the Novotel at Stansted is within walking distance of check-in.

On-airport hotels offer a range of accommodation, and most have a restaurant, bar and leisure facilities on site. Facilities vary by hotel and are listed on each product page.

Our airport hotel and parking packages often come with a choice of parking. You might choose an off-airport Park & Ride, where you leave the car on the day you arrive and take the free shuttle bus to the terminal, then walk across to your hotel; at the end of your trip you take the shuttle back to collect the car. You can also combine an on-airport hotel with on-airport parking such as Meet & Greet, where you hand the car over at the terminal door.

Our off-airport hotels are five to twenty minutes from the terminal, with most around ten to fifteen. Our on-airport hotels are within a few minutes' walk of check-in - the Holiday Inn at Glasgow International is 50 metres from the door.
